Notice of Public Hearing
The Brookfield Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 2,
2026 at 6 p.m. at the Brookfield Town offices, preceded by a site visit at 5:30, to review the
following appeal submitted under the Brookfield Development Bylaws:
Toni Sferlazza is appealing the ruling by the Administrative Officer that a Quonset Hut
style structure is within the 20’ setback required by the Zoning Bylaw for the Existing
Pond Village District.
Copies of the appeal are available for review at the Brookfield Town Clerk’s Office. Hours are
Tuesday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This Hearing will be available via Zoom using the
