Presidential Primary
Mar 3 @ 9:00 am – 7:00 pm

The Presidential Primary Election will be held at the Brookfield Elementary School at 1728 Ridge Road.  Polls will open at 9:00 a.m and will close State wide at 7:00 p.m.  You will be required to “choose” a ballot to vote on.   This requirement is by State Statute.  Title 17; ch. 57 §2704 Ballots.

Town Officer Elections & Orange Southwest Supervisory District Budget vote

Polls open at 9:00 a.m. and close State wide at 7:00 p.m.  Voting will be held at Brookfield Elementary School at 1728 Ridge Road.

Town Meeting 2020
Mar 3 @ 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Town Meeting will be held at Brookfield Elementary School at 1728 Ridge Road.  The meeting starts at 10:00 and usually goes until noon but you never know.

Brookfield Rabies Clinic CANCELLED

The Brookfield Rabies clinic has been CANCELLED.  I am sorry for any inconvenience.  Please continue to mail in registration payments of $9 for spayed or neutered or $13 for non-altered dogs. If you have a new rabies certificate,  I will need a copy to have on record.

Brookfield taxes due June 20, 2020

On April 13, 2020 the Brookfield Selectboard voted to move the 2nd payment due date from May 2, 2020 to June 20, 2020.  I will have the office window open for May 1st from 4:30-7:00 p.m. and Saturday May 2nd from 9:00-1:00 for those who prefer to pay in person.  Hopefully it won’t be raining that weekend or snowing!

November 3rd General Election

The General Election polling location will be at the Old Town Hall at 93 Stone Road due to the Brookfield Elementary School not being available for use due to COVID 19.

The Town Office will be closed.  Anyone wishing to drop off ballots will need to go to the Old Town Hall.  Please do not drop them off at the Library or in the Library drop box.  They may not make it for counting.
