Notice of Public Hearing
The Brookfield Development Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on April 24, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Brookfield Town Clerk’s office, to consider the following Change of Conditional Use application submitted by Jennifer Johnson for 2007 Twin Pond Rd. under the Brookfield Development Bylaws:
Ms. Johnson has requested a change in her Conditional Use Permit on application 2025.1a to conduct quiet outdoor activities and amend the days of operation from 36 to 54 under Paragraph 2.1.E.2, and Paragraph 2.1.A.5 of the Development Bylaw. Copies of the application are available for review at the Brookfield Town Clerk’s Office. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
