The Board of Adjustment meets as needed to review zoning appeals and zoning bylaw variance requests. Please contact the Town Clerk for any variance requests.

Our regional planning commission is Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission. Our page on their website has our Town Plan, Bylaws, demographic info and other maps of Brookfield. The Planning Commission is currently working on updating and consolidating all the bylaws.
