2018 Lister’s Grievance Hearings

The Board of Listers grievance hearing was brought to order at 4:35 p. m. on June 20, 2018. In attendance were Listers Stuart Edson, Teresa Godfrey and Phyllis Humez. There was one scheduled hearing with David Von Holden and Allison Belisle whose property is located at 932 East Hill Rd.
The property owners presented their concerns regarding the value of the property. The Listers explained the changes to the values they had made as a result of their spring 2018 site visit to the property. The Listers will review all information and discuss making further changes to the value. Result of hearing will be mailed to the property owners within 7 days per state statute.
There were no other scheduled hearings nor were there any walk-in requests for hearings.
The Board of Listers 2018 grievance hearing adjourned at 6:45 p. m.
