  1. Public to be heard
  2. Approve minutes of 6/8/2021 meeting
  3. Discuss merits of moving from a Zoning Board of Adjustment and Planning Commission model to a Development Review Board and Planning Commission model. Selectboard may budget in the 2022-2023 budget to use TROCC to assist in moving the town in that direction – if needed.   4. Review progress on zoning bylaw update. In June we covered sections 4.17 (enforcement) and 18 (cost of technical review) and began review of the definitions section and continue review of the definition section. We will review accessory dwelling units and certificates of occupancy/use. Commissioners will find definition examples from two other towns for reference during the definition discussion.
