Bylaws: We began the review process.  Jon B will make the agreed upon changes and email another draft to review at the next meeting.

A brief recap of the Baker Pond Paddle and Brookfield Town Forest Hike was made.  Seven were present at the paddle and 4 at the hike. The rest of the agenda was tabled until next meeting.

Meeting Adjourned at 8:45 PM.
