MEETING: Tuesday, November 9^th 2021 TIME: 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

TOPICS:

1. Public to be heard
2. Approve minutes of 10/12/2021 meeting.
3. Chair Zakov update on Municipal Planning Grant Application for Town Plan renewal.
4. Appoint replacement planning commissioner(s) to forward to selectboard for approval. During October meeting commissioners met Keven Ring and Jack Zebora who both expressed interest in joining.
5. Review progress on zoning bylaw update. Continue discussing definition section. Commissioners will find definition examples from two other towns for reference during the definition review.

• In September we covered: definitions “accessory dwelling units” and “agriculture”
• In October we covered: definitions “alteration” through “camp”

6. Any other new/old business
7. Set date of next meeting – tentatively Tuesday December 14^th, 2021.
